I came into this field knowing I wanted to do couples work, and have dedicated many hours to the study and practice of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the most effective method on the market. I have worked with couples of all sexualities, gender identities, and relationship structures, and I bring my full attention, care, and curiosity to the healing of your relationship.
Together, we will familiarize ourselves with the emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that create your pattern of disconnection. We will then “change the music” by delving into the deeper currents of vulnerability, fear, and longing. In real time, we will orchestrate a positive feedback loop of support, trust, and intimacy.
